Visions of New York

The left side of the painting shows New York of the time period when Tesla arrived there (the 1880s). The street is based on one of real photographs of the city.
The right side shows the future from Tesla's visions: the Statue of Liberty, the symbol of NY, holds a special torch, inspired by Wardenclyffe Tower — Tesla's famous, powerful creation that was capable of long-distance energy transmission. The visionary sees a dream in which energy flows freely and can even enable cities to soar in the sky — the endless opportunities of Energy.
